1.Basic Parameters: 

- Resolution: 1280 (H) × 800 (V), 1 MP, combining high image clarity with rapid capture capability to meet dynamic scene requirements.

- Pixel dimensions: 3.0 μm (H) × 3.0 μm (V), featuring the OmniPixel®3-GS professional pixel technology for exceptional light sensitivity and uniform image quality, effectively reducing noise and distortion to ensure pristine image clarity.

- Optical format: 1/4-inch, featuring an 850 nm infrared narrow-band filter and a dedicated 850 IR infrared night vision imaging system. Compatible with various standard lenses and infrared lighting scenarios, it offers exceptional infrared light transmission while precisely filtering ambient light interference for focused infrared imaging.

- Power Supply Voltage: The core voltage is 1.2 V, the interface voltage is 1.8 V, and the analog voltage is 2.8 V, ensuring stable operation under various voltage conditions and guaranteeing sensor reliability.

2.Technical Features:

- Global shutter technology: The global shutter design effectively eliminates motion blur and lighting artifacts while reducing power consumption.

- Utilizing backside illumination (BSI) technology combined with OmniPixel® 3-GS imaging technology, it significantly enhances the pixel area and sensitivity, delivering excellent imaging performance even in low-light conditions by minimizing noise and improving depth of field. Clear images are achieved without high-power fill lights, balancing image quality with low power consumption.

- Equipped with an 850 nm infrared filter lens specifically optimized for infrared night vision applications, it exhibits high transmittance to 850 nm infrared light while effectively filtering stray visible light. During daytime operation, it suppresses strong light interference and enhances image contrast; under nighttime infrared illumination conditions, it delivers clear, transparent images without overexposure or dark noise, providing pure black-and-white high-definition imaging. This design is ideal for continuous visual operations across all weather conditions and near-infrared imaging scenarios.

- OV9282 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules for various lens configurations including 150mm, meeting diverse customer requirements.
