1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 1296 (H) × 808 (V), 1MP. It supports full-frame, sub-sampling, windowed or scaled image output to meet high-definition video capture requirements.

- Pixel Size: 1.75µm (H) × 1.75µm (V). Adopting the OmniBSI™ (Omnidirectional Back-Side Illuminated) pixel architecture, it effectively improves light sensitivity and image quality, and reduces optical crosstalk between pixels.

- Optical Format: 1/6.5 inch, featuring a compact package specification. With a short stack height of only 3.5mm, it delivers the smallest camera module size in its class and adapts to installation demands in confined spaces.

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopting a progressive exposure rolling shutter design, it delivers low imaging noise and exquisite detail restoration. With high circuit integration, it achieves better power consumption and cost performance, suitable for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Equipped with OmniVision's proprietary OmniBSI™ technology, which moves the pixel photodiode to the backside of the silicon wafer. Light can pass vertically through pixels directly, greatly enhancing image sensitivity (1300 mv/lux-sec) in low-light environments, reducing optical crosstalk, and improving signal-to-noise ratio and quantum efficiency. It ensures image color fidelity and clarity, effectively suppressing image artifacts such as fixed pattern noise and motion blur, and outputs clean and stable color images.

- It is equipped with flexible timing control functions, supporting programmable image size, horizontal mirroring, vertical flipping, variable row length and frame length. It realizes frame rate control and electronic shutter control, and supports solid color, 100% color bar, gradient gray color bar and PN9 test modes to adapt to the needs of different application scenarios. A built-in 256-bit One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory facilitates the storage of configuration information.
