1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 4256 (H) × 3016 (V), 12.7MP, adopting advanced CMOS technology with rolling shutter mode.

- Pixel Size: 1.1μm (H) × 1.1μm (V), equipped with OmniBSI-2 pixel architecture and back-illuminated (BSI) process, which greatly improves light sensitivity, optimizes imaging performance in low-light environments, and enhances image sharpness and color reproduction.

- Optical Format: 1/3.2 inch, using industry-standard BGA packaging. Features high-integration packaging design, supports on-chip image processing, enables efficient image output without external components, and meets the design requirements of miniaturized devices.

- Power supply voltage: The core voltage is 1.28V, the interface voltage is 1.8V, and the analog voltage is 2.8V. It can operate stably under different voltage conditions, ensuring the reliability of the sensor.

- Temperature Range: Operating temperature from -40℃ to 100℃. Wide operating temperature range adapts to various working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopts progressive-exposure rolling shutter design, delivering low imaging noise, fine detail restoration, high circuit integration, and optimized power consumption and cost. Suitable for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenes.

- BGA (Ball Grid Array) Packaging: Compared with traditional packaging, it provides higher connection density, better thermal and electrical performance, effectively improving chip stability and data transmission speed. Package size is only 8.5mm × 8.5mm, consistent with mainstream 8MP sensor modules. Compact die design with high pixel utilization, easily integrated into space-constrained embedded vision systems, smartphones, tablets and other devices without compromising imaging performance.

- Supports multi-resolution output: 12.7MP full-resolution high-speed capture (24fps), 10MP (16:9) capture (30fps), and 1080P HD video recording (60fps). Equipped with on-chip RAW scaler to maintain full field of view at 30fps. Supports inter-frame different exposure output for on-chip HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging, significantly enhancing clarity of bright and dark details and optimizing performance under complex lighting.

- OV12830 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules including 75° lens configurations to meet diverse customer requirements.
