1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 2688 (H) × 1520 (V), 4MP. Compatible with various image sizes, enabling high-speed video capture at full resolution to meet clarity requirements for different scenarios.

- Pixel Size: 2.0μm (H) × 2.0μm (V). Features excellent low-light sensitivity, capturing clear images in dim environments, effectively improving image purity and reducing noise interference.

- Optical Format: 1/3 inch. Suitable for compact camera module design, facilitating integration into various small devices while balancing imaging performance and equipment miniaturization.

- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.2V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. Operates stably under different voltage conditions, ensuring sensor reliability.

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopts a progressive-exposure rolling shutter design with low imaging noise, fine detail restoration, high circuit integration, and optimized power consumption and cost, ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Supports frame-based "sequential HDR", row-based "interleaved HDR", and quarter-resolution "interlaced HDR" modes. Among them, interleaved HDR greatly reduces motion artifacts and lowers host processing memory requirements, delivering high-contrast, highly restored images even in environments with extreme light-dark contrast. Combined with advanced noise reduction algorithms, it effectively suppresses noise in high ISO mode, further enhancing imaging quality in low-light conditions.

- Built-in Automatic Black Level Calibration (ABLC) and static defective pixel cancellation functions. Supports Auto Exposure (AE), Auto White Balance (AWB), and Lens Shading Correction (LSC) to ensure accurate image colors and uniform frames. Supports 2×2 and 4×4 pixel binning and resampling filtering for adjustable image effects as required. Equipped with a 4K-bit One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory for component identification and other functions, and integrates two on-chip Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs). Features programmable I/O driving capability and a built-in temperature sensor, further improving equipment operational stability and controllability.

- OV4689 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules equipped with lenses such as 22° to meet diverse customer needs.
