1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 3296 (H) × 2460 (V), 8MP. It supports output of multiple resolutions to meet different requirements for imaging clarity.

- Pixel Size: 1.4µm (H) × 1.4µm. Equipped with OmniBSI+ pixel architecture, it effectively improves light absorption efficiency and optimizes image quality. It can reduce noise points and ensure pure picture quality especially in low-light environments.

- Optical Format: 1/3.2 inch. It is compatible with various lens types and different installation space requirements, easy to be integrated into various small-sized devices.

- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.5V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. It can operate stably under different voltage conditions and guarantee the reliability of the sensor.

- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 70℃. It features a wide operating temperature range and can adapt to diverse working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopting row-by-row exposure rolling shutter design, it delivers low imaging noise and exquisite detail restoration. It boasts high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- This sensor adopts the second-generation OmniBSI+ backside illuminated pixel architecture. Compared with the previous generation, its full-well capacity is increased by 60%, and both quantum efficiency and low-light sensitivity are raised by 10%. It can capture clear, delicate and true-to-color images in both bright and dim environments, effectively reducing image noise and distortion. It achieves a dynamic range of 70.45dB and a maximum signal-to-noise ratio of 35.7dB for superior imaging performance.

- Built-in image quality control functions including lens correction, dead pixel elimination and Automatic Black Level Calibration (ABLC). It supports pixel binning function combined with post-binning resampling filtering to greatly reduce spatial artifacts and edge image distortion, outputting clean and sharp color images. It integrates Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) to maintain a complete field of view and enhance signal-to-noise ratio, and supports programmable control with excellent flexibility.

- OV8825 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules with different lens configurations such as 75° to satisfy diverse customer demands.
