- PureCel® back-illuminated pixel technology allows light to directly enter the photosensitive area, significantly enhancing light intake and sensitivity; combined with a trench isolation structure to suppress inter-pixel photoelectric crosstalk and optimize microlens optical path convergence, while leveraging mature manufacturing processes to control dark current and imaging noise, effectively expanding the dynamic range while maintaining accurate color reproduction and excellent low-light performance.
- Featuring an optimized architecture and low-power circuit design, the system minimizes internal circuit losses. Combined with a multi-level dynamic power regulation mechanism that automatically switches power modes based on imaging resolution, frame rate, and scene lighting conditions, it further optimizes MIPI data transmission power consumption and implements power domain partition management. By separating analog and digital power supply circuits to reduce leakage losses, the device delivers excellent power efficiency during imaging operations while significantly lowering energy consumption in sleep/standby states, meeting the long-lasting battery life requirements of portable mobile devices.
