1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 3264 (H) x 2448 (V), 8MP. It supports 10-bit high-definition image output, delivering clear and delicate images with excellent detail restoration.

- Pixel Size: 1.12μm(H)×1.12μm(V). While maintaining high imaging resolution, it effectively reduces the overall size of the sensor, balancing imaging performance and the demand for slim and lightweight devices.

- Optical Format: 1/4 inch. It is compatible with common miniature lens modules and features strong compatibility to match various conventional optical lens solutions.

- Supply Voltage: The core voltage is 1.2V, the interface voltage is 1.8V, and the analog voltage is 2.8V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions and ensure the reliability of the sensor.

- Temperature Range: The operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 85℃. With a wide operating temperature range, it can adapt to diverse working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopting a rolling shutter design with row-by-row exposure, it produces images with low noise and fine restored details. It also boasts high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Equipped with exclusive PureCel® imaging technology, it greatly improves full well capacity and photosensitivity. Noise is significantly reduced in low-light environments and the picture clarity is greatly enhanced. It can effectively suppress overexposure and retain image details under strong light and backlight conditions, perfectly adapting to imaging in complex light environments day and night. Meanwhile, the built-in ViV video overlay technology supports frame splicing and processing, expanding the application scenarios of video imaging.

- Integrated with 4K-bit one-time programmable OTP memory, it enables parameter solidification and personalized parameter configuration, meeting the requirements of mass production and customized debugging. It comes with built-in image processing algorithms such as HDR backlight correction, automatic image quality gain and dead pixel elimination. High-quality imaging can be achieved without an additional ISP chip, simplifying the hardware architecture of terminal devices.

- OV8858-2A Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules with different lens specifications such as 78°, to meet diverse customer demands.
