1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 4208(H)×3120(V), 13MP. It supports multi-level video resolution output, meeting the dual imaging requirements for still image capture and dynamic video recording.

- Pixel Size: 1.12μm(H)×1.12μm(V). Adopting a backside illuminated pixel architecture, it greatly enhances the light sensitivity of individual pixels, achieving compact packaging and excellent low-light imaging performance simultaneously.

- Optical Format: 1/3.06 inch. The module features a compact and slim overall structure, fitting the lens installation space of various compact terminal devices.

- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.2V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions and ensure reliable performance of the sensor.

- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 70℃. With a wide operating temperature range, it is adaptable to diverse working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Designed with row-by-row exposure rolling shutter, it delivers low imaging noise and exquisite detail restoration. It also boasts high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- It adopts Backside Illumination (BSI) CMOS process, which significantly increases light intake. The image features fewer noise points and better detail retention in low-light conditions, and clear footage can be captured without additional fill light. The built-in on-chip 10-bit ADC array and Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) circuit effectively suppress fixed pattern noise and random pixel noise, optimizing original image quality at the hardware level and reducing the processing load of the back-end ISP.

- Supported with Line WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, it balances the brightness of overexposed highlight areas and dark shadow areas, solving the problems of overexposure and total black shadows in backlit scenes and greatly expanding the imaging dynamic range under complex lighting conditions. It integrates all-in-one image optimization algorithms including defective pixel correction, lens shading correction, automatic white balance and automatic exposure control. It requires fewer external image processing chips and simplifies the hardware circuit design of the whole device.

- S5K3L8 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules equipped with lenses of different angles such as 80°, to meet diverse customer demands.
