1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 1280 (H) × 720 (V), 1MP. The maximum frame rate at full resolution reaches 60fps, enabling stable operation under normal working conditions and meeting the requirements for high-definition and smooth video capture.

- Pixel Size: 3.4μm (H) × 3.4μm (V). A 4-transistor pixel architecture is adopted, offering sufficient photosensitive area per pixel. It balances photosensitivity and overall chip size, reconciling image quality with the miniaturization of modules.

- Optical Format: 1/4 inch. The optimal chief ray angle of incidence for lenses is 12° (non-linear), featuring low lens adaptation thresholds and compatibility with wide-angle, telephoto, macro and other lens solutions.

- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.8V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 3.3V. It operates stably under various voltage conditions to guarantee sensor reliability.

- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 85℃. Its wide operating temperature range allows adaptation to diverse working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: A progressive exposure rolling shutter design delivers low imaging noise and delicate detail restoration. It boasts high circuit integration, superior power consumption and cost performance, suitable for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Equipped with Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) circuitry to effectively suppress fixed pattern noise. Combined with ultra-high photosensitivity, the minimum illumination reaches 0.01Lux@F1.2, producing clear, noise-free images without extra fill light in low-light environments. A built-in 10-bit high-precision Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) ensures high accuracy in analog-to-digital signal conversion, rich color gradation, a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 41dB, and outstanding dynamic imaging performance.

- Low-power design with extremely low power consumption in sleep mode. It integrates a basic ISP image processing module without requiring an external image processing chip, simplifying peripheral circuits and cutting overall module power consumption and hardware costs.

- GC1064 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules equipped with various lenses such as 120° wide-angle lenses to satisfy diverse customer demands.
