1. Basic Parameters:

- Resolution: 3264 (H) × 2448 (V), 8MP. It supports full-resolution high-definition imaging with clear and smooth picture quality to meet basic daily imaging requirements.

- Pixel Size: 1.12μm (H) × 1.12μm (V). Adopting a sophisticated pixel architecture design, it reduces the sensor size while ensuring pixel light sensitivity and imaging details, balancing device miniaturization and image quality.

- Optical Format: 1/4 inch with strong compatibility, widely fitting the structural design of various slim smart devices.

- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.2V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.8V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions to guarantee sensor reliability.

- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 85℃. The wide operating temperature range enables it to adapt to diverse working environments.

 

2. Technical Features:

- Rolling Shutter Technology: Featuring a rolling shutter design with progressive exposure, it delivers low imaging noise and delicate detail restoration, along with high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, making it ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.

- Equipped with PureCel® image sensing technology and OmniPixel®3-HS pixel process, it optimizes the pixel light-sensitive structure and greatly boosts light sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), with a maximum SNR of 35.8dB. It effectively addresses issues such as heavy noise, blurry images and color distortion under low-light conditions, delivering purer frames with richer details in dim environments while preventing overexposure under strong light, thus achieving balanced image quality across all lighting conditions.

- Built-in intelligent iHDR dynamic imaging algorithm that accurately balances light and dark contrast in frames. For complex scenes with strong backlight or drastic light-dark differences, it preserves both highlight details and shadow textures simultaneously to avoid overexposure and pure black areas, significantly expanding the imaging dynamic range for adaptation to various complex scenarios.

- OV8856 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules equipped with lenses of various specifications including 88° to satisfy diverse customer demands.
